About Chad McMahan

Chad McMahan has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, including investment and luxury specialization as a real estate agent in Sedona, Arizona. Since 2022, he has been among the top 1% of real estate agents in the country, in one of the largest and fastest-growing brokerages in the United States, as well as a Top 25 “Real Producer”. He is also the Equity Team manager. The Equity Team is a powerful team of realtors specializing in investment, luxury, and architecturally unique properties in the Sedona area.

He consults for investors, other real estate agents, and property managers regarding market adjustments, cash flow, investment strategy, and changes to regulations and Arizona real estate law.

Giving back to his community has been critically important to Chad for the last 30 years. As an adult, he typically coaches 2 – 6 sports teams per year, including youth soccer and youth basketball. He strives to teach fundamentals in a safe space, so players can gain confidence and skill, simultaneously.

When not working or coaching, Chad, his wife, and two sons often adventure throughout Arizona, Wildcrafting, camping, hiking, biking, and fishing. Chad was born and raised in California. In his early youth, he was an ocean rat; He was a junior lifeguard and spent weekends fishing off Catalina Island and free-diving for abalone and lobsters.
