William Hamburg is a third-generation real estate agent and investor proudly rooted in Sedona. Having been a Sedona native for over 30 years, he brings a deep connection and a wealth of local knowledge to every transaction. As the founder of The Equity Team, William is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expert guidance to his clients.

William’s family’s legacy in Sedona began with his grandfather, one of the town’s pioneering developers. His grandfather played a pivotal role in shaping the community by building several neighborhoods in West Sedona and Uptown. The family was also a major donor to the Kiwanis Park in West Sedona, now known as the fields at Posse Ground Park, home to West Sedona Elementary School. Inspired by his grandfather’s vision, William is committed to helping Sedona grow sustainably, ensuring that its beauty and charm can be enjoyed by all.

Before founding The Equity Team, William served as the branch manager of Realty One Group in Sedona. In this role, he honed his leadership skills and deepened his local real estate market expertise, successfully guiding agents and clients through complex transactions.

William and his wife share a passion for travel and exploration. She hails from Switzerland, and their journey together began in Mexico in 2012. Since then, they have traveled extensively, visiting over 16 countries across the United States, Central America, and Europe. Every summer, you can find them (or join them) as they adventure through Switzerland and Europe, immersing themselves in diverse cultures and landscapes.
